This stage is all about understanding your needs. We will ask you as many questions as we deem necessary to ensure that we have in mind the same goal that you do. We will listen to your ideas and share your vision. You will leave this step feeling reassured that we are able to make your project a complete success.

Personnel Selection

Following our initial discussion with you, we will draw together a team of professionals that we feel are able to deliver all that is needed to fulfil your requirements. A small job may only need one skilled engineer whilst a large job may need an architect, a project manager, a surveyor and several engineers but leave that to us to work out. You can rest assured we will deliver a bespoke package within your budget that will provide only a professional finish.

Tenndering

In some instances, we will need to find an array of quotes from a selection of professionals to work with you on this project and supply materials, fixtures and fittings. If this is the case, we will manage a complete tender process on your behalf to ensure you are getting the best deal and the best quality.

Meet and Greet

We encourage our clients to have a meet and greet scenario with the team of specialists who have been chosen to complete your project. We feel it is important to develop a relationship between our team and you, the client, right from the beginning so that you feel comfortable throughout the process.

Project Commencement and Management

With everything in place, we are ready to begin the project. You will receive a complete project plan to outline times and dates of key points within the project. We will manage the full project and provide regular updates on the progress and the budget.

Purchasing of Supplies

We will work with you to secure discounts where we can and to meticulously plan deliveries to that all materials are available on site as and when they are needed. If you require extras such as air conditioning, security etc then we will source these ourselves and provide options before going ahead with a purchase.

Sign Off and Snagging

Once the project is complete we will inspect the work thoroughly and report any snagging issues. Once rectified, you will be invited to inspect the work yourself before signing off the project. If there are any areas which require training such as security systems, air conditioning, heating etc we will make sure you are shown in person how to use the equipment until you are confident. We will also leave manuals and operating instructions where applicable.
